1. Who we are
CyberPosture operates cyberposture.com.au and provides access to EssentialScore, CISScore, PrivacyScore and CyberInsureReady. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@cyberposture.com.au.
2. Assessment answers
The free assessments run in your browser. Assessment answers are not stored by CyberPosture unless you choose to submit information for an emailed result, a paid document, or another clearly described feature. Each assessment site has its own privacy policy explaining the data used by that product.
3. Website analytics
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, such as page views, referral sources and device types. We do not use advertising cookies or build profiles from assessment answers.
4. Enquiries and email
If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond. If you request emailed results or follow-up guidance on an assessment site, that site's privacy policy and consent wording apply. We do not sell personal information.
5. Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction and product information but do not receive your full card number. Bundle access may use a session identifier so participating assessment sites can verify your purchase.
6. Service providers and storage
We use service providers for payment processing, email delivery, document generation and hosting. They receive only the information needed to provide their service. Some providers may process data outside Australia.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold by emailing support@cyberposture.com.au. We may retain records where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or security purposes.
8. Complaints
Send privacy complaints to support@cyberposture.com.au. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
