1. Who we are

CyberPosture (cyberposture.com.au) publishes four self-assessment tools for Australian businesses: EssentialScore, CISScore, PrivacyScore and CyberInsureReady. Each tool has its own terms, which apply to anything you buy on that site. These terms cover this site and the bundle sold here.

2. What the assessments are

The assessments are self-assessment tools. You answer the questions, and the score reflects what you told us. They are not audits, certifications, or legal or insurance advice, and no result is verified by us or by any third party. The documents you generate are a starting point to adapt to your business, not a guarantee of compliance with any framework, law or insurer requirement.

3. What the bundle includes

  • EssentialScore gap report and 14 policy templates (PDF and Word)
  • CISScore IG1 policy bundle (PDF and Word). CISScore IG2 products are sold separately and are not included
  • Tailored Privacy Policy (PDF and Word)
  • Cyber Insurance Readiness Report (PDF and Word)

The four assessments are free with or without the bundle.

4. How access works

One payment gives you a bundle session ID. Each of the four sites checks that ID with us when you generate a document, so keep your confirmation email. Access is tied to the browser you buy in, and the confirmation email contains a link to restore it on another device.

5. Payments and refunds

  • Bundle: $246 AUD, one-time payment
  • 7-day refund, provided none of the four documents has been generated
  • No refund once a document has been generated, since it is immediately available to download
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
  • Payments processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details

6. Your content and ours

The documents you generate are yours to use in your business, including sharing them with clients, your insurer or an auditor. The assessments, question sets, scoring and site content remain ours.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the tools available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Download and keep your documents rather than relying on us to store them.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim relating to the tools or the documents is limited to the amount you paid us.
